John Cena & Nikki Bella Team With Dolph Ziggler, The Hype Bros On Main Event, Rhyno & Heath Slater
- As seen on tonight's WWE SmackDown, Tag Team Champions Heath Slater and Rhyno stopped The Spirit Squad and The Miz from beating on WWE Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler. In this Fallout video above, the champs comment on why they saved Ziggler. Miz says his kids love superheroes and that's what superheroes do – they save people, and they saved Ziggler so now they're superheroes. Rhyno says he just doesn't like male cheerleaders.
- After SmackDown went off the air, WWE taped the following matches in San Jose for this week's Main Event episode:
* Jack Swagger vs. Tyler Breeze
* Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley vs. Aiden English and Simon Gotch

- Following the Main Event tapings, a six-person match took place with John Cena, Nikki Bella and Ziggler defeating Carmella, The Miz and Baron Corbin. As noted, Corbin also worked the pre-show dark match as he squashed a local wrestler.
