Enzo Amore Compares Himself To Ric Flair And Talks Backstage Heat, If He's Allowed In Locker Room

As previously noted, reigning and defending WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore was the second guest on Corey Grave's Straight To The Source. Among other things, Amore talked about his alleged backstage heat and whether he dresses in the locker room with the other talent. Also, Amore compared himself to WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair.

During the show, Amore insinuated that he is comfortable having nuclear heat.

"I grew up a block away from Hell and my pop-pop was a chef in Hell's Kitchen." Amore continued, "I was cleaning, doing dishes by the time I was seven [years old]. I worked my way from the kitchen to a management position. And then you transition. Now, I bought the whole business, bro. Alright? If you can't take the heat, then get the hell out of the kitchen. Hell's Kitchen is open 24/7 and I'm cooking on the stove all day."

When 'Gravy' asked whether Amore is "allowed" to change in the locker room, 'EA' suggested that the situation is not a matter of permission. With that said, Amore confirmed that he does not change with the rest of the talent.

"Allowed? Who's making rules around here, bro?" Amore added, "I work for a Fortune 500 company, that provides accommodations for me to get changed, dress, and showered, healthy, so I don't carry it on to the next town with MRSA or other skin disease from all these dirtbags that are wrestling in the ring before me and after me. So the locker room thing? I dress by myself. I don't talk to nobody. If you ain't talking about money, you ain't talking about nothing."

Additionally, 'The Realest Champ' compared himself to 16-time world champion Ric Flair.

"Ric Flair walked out to the ring in $10,000 robes, women, telling you all about it. I come out here Guccied down, gang gang, Versace, Supreme, Hypebeast. I'm a walking, talking hypebeast, okay? Fresh Js on my feet every single week. I've never worn the same pair of shoes twice ever. That's a fact. So I'm the modern day 2017 social media marketing guru of what it is that we do, okay? And when I walk out there, I'm what you aspire to be, a champion."
