Backstage News On TNA's TV Deal, TNA Not Paying For Airtime On Pop TV?

I've been told by sources in TNA that the deal the company reached with Pop TV was unlike the one the network previously had with Paragon Pro Wrestling, in that it would be a standard deal. Paragon Pro Wrestling had been paying for airtime on the station since debuting on July 4. TNA won't be doing that.

Another backstage worker told me that they knew something had been in the works, but didn't ask what it was. The vibe they got from the front office is that they (the office) were confident about whatever it was. The company sees this as a good move and a possibility to get more eyes on Impact.
